人體具備一套複雜與精緻的免疫防禦系統,其包含先天免疫系統 (Innate immunity), 和後天免疫系統 (Adaptive immunity )。前者不具有專一性防禦以及免疫記憶的功能 ; 而後者,主要透過免疫細胞 ( 例如:T 細胞 ) 對入侵的病原, 產生專一性的抗原抗體反應,以抑制或消除入侵的病原,並可保留免疫反應的記憶。 造血和免疫細胞研究不僅需要有供體,還需要先進的技術來分離和確認各個細胞類型的表徵。Lonza 提供從骨髓、臍帶和周邊血中分離的細胞。

人類周邊血單核細胞(PBMC)
PBMC 是單核細胞的混合群體,可以進一步純化為單個細胞類型,例如:NK 細胞、T 細胞和 B 細胞。另外,PMBC 通常含有豐富的單核球,當與各種 cytokines 一起培養時,它們可以分化為巨噬細胞或樹突細胞。
細胞包括淋巴細胞 (T 細胞、B 細胞、NK 細胞 ) 和單核球
來源包括:骨髓、臍帶血、周邊血
分離方式:採用血小板分離術和密度梯度離心法進行分離

人類自然殺傷細胞 (NK)
