操作簡易,30 分鐘即可得知結果 (Fluorescence microscopy 方式偵測)
Jurkat 細胞分別處理不同濃度的 Stauroporine,並使用 PhiPhiLux-G1D2 於流式細胞儀偵測 Caspase 3 活性,隨著處理 Stauroporine 濃度越高,細胞凋亡的細胞數越多。
以 PhiPhiLux-G1D2 偵測於 late apoptotic stage 之 HL-60 細胞,綠色螢光表示細胞正處於細胞凋亡狀態,Caspase 3 具有活性,切割試劑中的受質,可在螢光顯微鏡下以 505 nm 波長激發,觀察在放射波長 530 nm 之綠色螢光。
